Refund policy

Amulya is committed to providing a hassle-free experience for our customers

We strive to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as simple and stress-free as we can because we recognise that products occasionally may not live up to your expectations.

• Returns & Exchanges: Allowed within 4 days of delivery for store credit only.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

• One-Time Return: Returns are accepted only once per order. No returns on exchanged items.

• Exchanges: To exchange an item, you must first return it and use the store credit to place a new order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.

• Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please email us at amulyabyaastha@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.

2. Pickup will be done within 2-3 business days. Pack the item with the invoice & tags.

3. Warehouse receives the item in 7-8 days, followed by a quality check.

4. Store credits issued within 2-3 business days, with no expiry.

Prepaid Orders Returned Due to Failed Delivery

• If the order contains only non-personalised items: A credit note will be issued after deducting ₹200 for shipping & handling.

• If the order contains personalised items: These will need to be collected from our Gurgaon office.
